What is identity, age and address verification?

Ontario regulations require us to verify our customer’s identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We need to be sure you are 19 years of age or older and are eligible to play our games. We are also required to ensure your mailing address is valid. The personal information we ask you to enter all helps us to accomplish these regulatory requirements.
